The goal of the Families Connected Project is to improve K-12 students’ social-emotional wellness by connecting parents, guardians and teens with valuable resources, education and support, as well as reducing stigma around mental health issues and sparking conversations that inspire people to reach out for help when they need it.

Families Connected Regional Wellness Partners

The Families Connected project has been implemented in the South Bay area in Southern California due to its partnership with the South Bay Families Connected (SBFC) not-for-profit and serves 115 Families Connected Partner Schools in that service area. The Families Connected project is now capable of serving families anywhere throughout the United States.
